Service

We offer services in repair, logistics, field service and training. For more than 20 years now, we experienced that a non-proprietary partner facilitates our customers’ life. We have qualified knowledge of different till system manufacturers. Furthermore we organize customer- as well as product-specified trainings for all our engineers to keep them up to date.

We deliver service according to the service level agreements (SLA) which are monitored through a daily reporting. To guarantee reliability and competence flex|pos has a strong and long-time service time along with its engineers. flex|pos is able to cover all areas of Germany and currently 18 European countries.
